When you need lift project management vs. just a crane​

How our lift project management works

Every lift project follows the same disciplined sequence — adapted to the specifics of your site, load and timeline.

  • Site assessment:     We attend on-site, measure access points, ground conditions and overhead clearances, and confirm crane and heavy haulage access. For complex commercial sites we work directly with your project manager or builder.
  • Lift plan and method statement:     Engineered to AS 2550 crane safe-use standards. Identifies the right crane, rigging configuration, exclusion zones and traffic management approach.
  • Permits, escorts, traffic management:     We lodge VicRoads oversize permits, coordinate pilot or police escorts, and submit a traffic management plan if a road occupation is needed — see Permits & Planning for the standalone service.
  • Crew and equipment scheduling:    Certified riggers, dogmen & labourers , crane operators and any additional crew scheduled to the day.
  • Live coordination on-site:     A nominated coordinator handles weather, access changes and schedule shifts on the day — so you have one phone number, not five.
